  • Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:

    + Board snaps from wave impacts.
    + Leash plug and vent plug failures.
    + Fin box failures.
    + Deck delamination.

  • Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

    - Heat damage from exposure to temperatures above 120º Fahrenheit (aka boards baking in vehicles).
    - Damage from impact with foreign objects (aka rocks, boardwalks, other surfers, etc).

  • How Lifetime Coverage Works:

    We build our boards to last, and we always stand behind our work.

    First Year
    100% Credit
    If something goes wrong, we'll fix your board or you’ll receive credit equal to 100% of your board’s original purchase price.

    Second Year
    50% Credit
    If something goes wrong, we'll fix your board or you’ll receive credit equal to 50% of your board’s original purchase price.

    Third Year & Forever
    25% Credit for Life
    If something goes wrong, or if you simply want to trade your board in, we still have your back with credit equal to 25% of the original purchase price.

  • Fine Print

    • Warranty is only valid for the original owner.
    • Customers will need to share images/videos showcasing the boards condition.
    • Depending on the issue, we may choose to repair the board or apply the applicable warranty credit toward a new board.
    • Customers will need to pay for half of the return/replacement shipping (we can schedule door-to-door pickup and delivery)
